Dining At Our Lodges
After a day of fresh air and exploring the beautiful surroundings of Abel Tasman National Park, there's nothing better than delicious home-cooked food, particularly when it is freshly prepared from the fineset locally sourced ingredients.
When you arrive at our beachfront lodges after a day full of activity and fresh sea air, you'll receive a warm kiwi welcome from your Wilson's hosts. They will have been busy all day preparing a host of delicious treats for you, all created from locally sourced, hand-picked ingredients.
This warm welcome is accompanied by a reviving hot or cold drink and delicious snacks. As you enjoy your well-earned refreshments, put your feet up in front of the wood fire in our cosy lounge, or relax and take in the uninterrupted views from our expansive deck.
Plenty of time to take in the surroundings or relax in your room, before exquisite pre-dinner canapes are served, accompanied by your choice of fine local wine or beers, usually enjoyed on the deck as the sun begins to sink towards the horizon.
As the sun sets, it's time to make your way inside for an exquisite three-course dinner, showcasing the best of our region's produce with a sophisticated and modern take on New Zealand classic recipes. Your meal is complemented by a hand-picked selection of local wines and beer from across the Nelson/Marlborough region. Later why not swap stories from your day over a drink from the in-house bar in our comfortable lounges.
Wake up to exquisite views, fresh coffee and a breakfast to really set you up for your day exploring the Park. You can choose from a full-cooked kiwi breakfast or a gourmet continental breakfast selection, perhaps sip your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water or enjoy the beach views from your table in the dining room.
Fresh fruit, cookies and hot/cold drinks are always available at our Lodges.
