Evening Barbecue Cruise

Itinerary

A very special evening for a group of 10 or more – a decadent Kiwi barbecue in an amazing place.

Enjoy the national park after most visitors have left for the day.

Suggested Itinerary:

4.15pm  Board our Vista Cruise at Kaiteriteri, then cruise along the spectacular Abel Tasman coast and find a sheltered cove where your hosts fire up the barbecue while you relax on board or take a walk on the beach.

Local beers, wines and soft drinks can be purchased from the onboard bar.

Your barbecue includes:

• 200g organic rib-eye steak, or
• Vegetarian option: Spiced Cauliflower Steak served with tomato and bechamel sauce
• Steamed Perla Potato Salad with a light Dijon dressing and chopped herbs from the garden
• Torrent Bay Slaw: freshly plucked parsley with steamed carrot batons, roasted red onion, diced apple, a medley of greens, toasted black sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Drizzled with toasted sesame dressing.
• Mixed garden green with tomato and cucumber with a side of Balsamic dressing.
• Freshly baked bread served with butter or butter substitute

After your feast, cruise back to Kaiteriteri, arriving at 9.30pm.
