Step away from the rush of everyday life and enjoy three days of guided wellness at Torrent Bay in the national park.

Day 1: Motueka Office to Torrent Bay


8.30am 
Meet at Motueka office for a welcome briefing with time for last-minute luggage organisation, before departing to Kaiteriteri by coach

9.20am  Vista Cruise departs Kaiteriteri

10.00am  At Anchorage Bay, opening circle and morning tea 

11.00am  Mindful Nature Awakening - walk the Pitt Head loop track 

1.00pm  Group lunch at Te Pukatea 

2.00pm  Walk to Torrent Bay Lodge 

3.00pm  Settling time 

4.30pm  Yoga 

6.30pm  Dinner

8.00pm Evening mindfulness 

 

Day 2: Torrent Bay


7.30am  Dawn practice 

8.30am  Breakfast 

10.30am  Nature walk to Cleopatra's Pool 

1.00pm  Group lunch at the lodge

2.30pm  Mindful nature walk 

4.30pm  Yoga 

6.30pm  Dinner

8.00pm  Evening mindfulness 

 

Day 3: Torrent Bay to Motueka Office


7.30am  Dawn practice 

8.30am  Breakfast 

10.30am  Mindful walk to Bark Bay 

1.00pm  Group lunch 

1.30pm  Closing circle, group reflections and sharing 

2.30pm  Walk to Medlands Beach 

3.10pm  Vista Cruise departs Medlands Beach

4.10pm  Arrival at Kaiteriteri

4.45pm  Arrive back in Motueka 

5.15pm  Bus leaving for Nelson
