If you are fit and want a long, active walk this trip is for you. During the longer daylight hours of summer, our boat schedule allows time to walk from Medlands to Apple Tree Bay along the main Coast Track, through a fascinating range of rainforest glades and panoramic coastal views.

During the 2024-25 summer season, the Torrent River bridge is under repair so the high tide track requires fording a river. This can be over knee deep on very high tides. We can alter your itinerary to avoid a deep river crossing.
