For an active day out, walk the most varied section of the Abel Tasman Coast Track from Medlands to Anchorage with return boat transfers from Kaiteriteri. This walk features the impressive Falls River Swing Bridge (15–20 metres high, depending on the tide height), plus the new swing bridge across the Torrent River, and the longe golden sands of Anchorage Beach.

Distance 10.6km (6.5 miles). Max. elevation 150m (500ft)

Extended cruise option: Available on the 9.15 am departure and 6.00 pm return (1 November to 31 March)).
Cruise all the way to Totaranui (2 hrs), then return to Medlands Beach (40 mins).
