7.30am to 5.30pm every day (including public holidays).
When daylight savings ends (from 2nd weekend in April to mid September), the office closes at 5.00pm

Our ticketing booth in Kaiteriteri opens at 8.00am during the summer months (November to mid April) and closes after the last boat return to Kaiteriteri (4.15 or 6.00 pm)
