Meet Cecelia

Cecelia Campbell

Cecelia is a passionate yogi and adventure guide who uses the tools of yoga, mindfulness, forest bathing and eco-therapy to facilitate personal growth and transformation. She is passionate about bringing people close to nature and creating safe spaces for self inquiry and expression. Cecelia has led sea kayak and hiking journeys in Abel Tasman National Park for 4 years, her knowledge and love of the park bring the landscape to life and take you closer to the magic of this unique wilderness.

Cecelia is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher who has practiced yoga and meditation for many years.  As her practice has deepened, Cecelia has found that the teachings of yoga go hand in hand with her ethics of environmental care and self inquiry.

In University (Bachelor of Tourism Management Honours) and subsequent studies (Diploma in Outdoor Adventure), Cecelia explored the intersection of environmental care and the human experience of nature. Since then she has followed this interest both as a guide - facilitating wilderness experiences - and as a youth mentor working in adventure therapy. Cecelia deepened her knowledge and skills in this area through study and training in eco-therapy. She now looks to call upon this framework to help humans connect meaningfully to themselves and the natural world.
