Our delicious food is sourced locally, whenever possible. Our chef creates meals to inspire and nourish with menus to suit our location. Special diets are fine if you give us advance notice.
All meals and snacks are included from lunch on day of departure, to lunch on your last day with us. Our Chef, Craig Wilson, designs menus for your Lodge Hosts to serve as much fresh produce as possible. Healthy, sustaining meals are supplemented with some indulgent treats. Please give us some advance notice if you require a special diet.
Fruit juice, fresh fruit and selection of snacks are available for you to enjoy at all times. Refresh with hot drinks, including freshly brewed coffee and selection of teas, served throughout the day and in the evenings.
